The
Method
Real change happens at the intersection.
Somatic work regulates the body. Inner work brings understanding to the self. Social awareness makes connecting to the world easier.
When all three work together, something becomes possible that none of them can create alone.
Belonging. That is what The Inner Piece Method is built on.
The body
knows first.
Young people learn to identify physical signals, understand what they mean, and find regulation tools that actually work for them. The focus is on felt experience. Noticing the difference between regulated and dysregulated, in the body, in real time.
Once the body has space, there is room to feel.
Shame, grief, excitement, anger — named and held without pressure to fix immediately. This layer draws on counselling and emotional literacy. Awareness before action.
How we show up
to others.
How the inner state shapes social choices. How to navigate shared spaces with more honesty and confidence. Informed by speech and language therapy and social communication research.
Looking inwards to the body and the mind will inform how we show up in the world. The world will inform how we relate to ourselves. The work moves in all directions, always.
